Overview of our Programs

Certificate of Coaching

A one-semester program for those strongly considering a career in coaching and who want a strong foundational base for making an informed choice about the place of coaching in their professional lives. The Certificate program is also suitable for those who are seeking to use coaching to complement or strengthen their work in allied professions, such as consultants and therapists, or in professional roles, such as managerial and leadership positions.

The Certificate program enables participants to extensively explore issues of personal and vocational fulfilment as they apply to self and to coaching clients, and to learn core, fundamental coaching skills and processes. It focuses on the essential and necessary linkage between self-awareness, vocation and coaching effectiveness.

The Certificate of Coaching is, in effect, Level 1 of the Diploma program and students undertake the same learning components as Diploma students at this level. Students may upgrade to the Diploma following successful completion of the Certificate program.

Diploma of Professional Coaching

A comprehensive program, comprising three 12-week semesters, for those committed to making coaching a career or using coaching skills extensively as a significant part of their professional lives. It is essentially for anyone who truly wants to master professional coaching skills!

The Diploma is ICF accredited, meeting the professional competencies for coaching identified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the minimum 125 hours of coach-specific training, required to pursue certification as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF.

Our Diploma students can also gain credit toward the Graduate Diploma of Coaching at WA’s Curtin University of Technology.
